Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, payment clearance and product availability. All orders are fully trackable and insured.

Please refer to the availability indicated on individual product pages—some pieces are Ready to Ship while others are Made to Order. If the product is in stock and ready to ship, it will be shipped within a few days (unless otherwise specified). Made to Order pieces will be dispatched after their advertised lead times.

  • Italy: We ship with FedEx; delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days.
  • European Union countries: We use FedEx; average delivery is 2-5 business days.
  • Non-EU countries: We ship with FedEx International; delivery typically takes 3-10 business days (plus any additional customs clearance time).

Please note: Delivery times are calculated from the moment the package is handed over to the courier. Orders leave our studio weekly. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us at the studio.

All parcels are shipped with a signature required upon delivery and are fully insured.

Transit times do not include any time spent in customs, which can vary from country to country and is outside our control. Rest assured, we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed transparently before you confirm your order.

Your order will be dispatched in a discreet, unbranded external envelope. The jewelry itself is packaged in a branded Sideræ jewellery box or a high-quality pouch. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, we will treat your order as a gift. In this case, no receipt will be included in the package; instead, the receipt will be emailed to you separately.

Any customs charges, associated handling fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
